I never read the comic so I don't know how it stacks up against it. As a stand alone movie I'd give it a 6/10.. Nice action scenes, some interesting deaths.. The acting was sort of dry in the begining but I enjoyed it. The theatre was handing out re-prints of the first appearance of The Punisher, that was pretty cool, I guess. The only part that made me roll my eyes was a scene that's been ripped off from The Crow twice now.. That I know of, unless The Crow ripped it off from someone. It's worth seeing, in my opinion.
