I went to see JG in Lawrenceville, GA (suburb of Atlanta) on Friday night, 9:50 showing. The theater was a little more than half full, and had a really good mix of people - old & young, male & female.
I enjoyed the flick, and generally heard good responses from people in the theater. Everyone seemed to laugh and sigh in the right spots, and everyone left smiling. I did overhear some teenagers (late teens) talking about the improbability of some of the scenes - Will Smith being shuffled off to the waiting room with Ollie, why Ollie had to move home so quick after losing his job, why Ollie never thought about a nanny/babysitter for the baby, etc. Even those critics said that they enjoyed it overall.
It was definitely worth the wait. I'm probably going to see it again this weekend with some other friends.
