Actually, I couldn't wait for Saturday, I went on Friday night at the Tinseltown (yes, I skipped out on all the required Spring Break festivities in to see YOUR movie!) in Corpus Christi, TX.
I'd say the theater was about 80% full, and several times the laughter was so hard and loud that you missed the next line (particularly the carpul-tunnel joke). You could also hear the sniffling and sobbing at all the right parts (mine included). And, this is one of the few movies I've seen in the past while that the audience clapped at the end.
Oh, and the Vulgarions jersey I wore got the same positive reaction it always does, but not any guys asking me out after the movie like at J&SBSB.
The only draw-back to my Jersey Girl experience was the three late teenage girls with cell phones and the gift of gab who thought they had to sit next to me. Fortunately, I'm not shy and shut them up.
Great movie, I've already recommended it to several people and plan on seeing it again later this week.
