I went again last night, to Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth. Huge crowd all around, but I think a lot were there for that DMX movie. However, a wave of relief washed over me when we got into the theatre and it was PACKED. It is funny how personal I feel about the whole thing. You'd think it was my movie coming out. Anyway, it was great. The whole audience loved it. Laughter at all the right parts, silence at all the right parts. They even clapped when the crew finished "God, that's good!" I've never been in an audience that clapped before in the middle of a movie as though the actors would hear them. Seriously, the critics don't know a damn thing. 'Cept for Ebert. The *people* love the movie, and that's what counts. Good job, good job.
