I went to a matinee. Really varied crowd, from young kids with there parents to a bunch of
30 somethings and every showing that I have been too there have been alot of senior
citizens.
I would say that the theatre was about 70% full. Not bad for a matinee.
They were all laughing at the right places, even though I know I was the only one laughing
at the in-jokes. There wasn't a dry eye in the house at the end of the film.
My favorite reaction so far was at the Star Theatre in Aurburn Hills on Friday's second
showing.
When Bart tells Ollie that he doesn't want any whores in the house, then Ollie says Dad you
know I am not a whoremonger.
A kid behind me (in his early teens) asked..."Dad what's a whore?"
So thanks for expanding the vocabulary of today's youth.
