You gotta use the "This is not making me want to come back here" line. Got it from my dad, works almost everytime. It says so much to the managers in one line, it says im annoyed, dont feel like shopping/eating/sleeping/ect. here ever again, and they usually want to keep you as a customer, or at least act like they want to keep you as a customer, and will comp you something free or give you a gift certificate.
