I'm a long time fan, but this is the first time I've posted on this board. First of all, you rule. You were the reason I studied film in college. Second, I was watching TV with my wife last week, and an ad for Jersey Girl came on. She was like, "Hey, that looks pretty good, lets go see that," to which I replied, "Hell yeah we're going to see that." It has been like pulling teeth to get her to see your flicks since "Chasing Amy" (which, coincidentally, is what we went to see on our first Valentine's Day together six years ago). Just wanted you to know that we'll be at the local multiplex this weekend, and also wanted to let you know that you rule.
My only problem with the flick before seeing it -- Katrina and the Waves?! C'mon! Please don't let me hear it in the actual movie!
