She's a decent actress I think. When she's not doing some typical romantic comedy flick (which I won't see), her other roles she's good in.
Of course I don't know her for real, but I do think she is semi diva-ish. Not just from reports on "Celebrities Uncensored", "ET", etc., but I've read from non-glamor sources about demands she makes while she's doing a movie, concert, etc.

But if I was in her shoes, I'd probably make certain demands too. Just because I could. I'd still treat people nicely though.
The only negative thing I ever thought of her relationship w/Ben was that they didn't seem to be a good match. Here was a good, whitey, suburban Boston guy going out w/a Puerto Rican, Bronx gal. If they matched, great. It just seemed like an odd pairing to me.
