I used Equal for a while. My husband is diabetic so sugar isn't an option for him, I just got used to using whatever he used.
He still prefer's equal. I use Splenda now. It is new so there aren't as many negative studies(yet). Kids can use it, so I figured what the hell. Now I like it better than equal, and it is a hell of a lot easier to use to convert recipies to sugar free.
