:As long as the original claims to be indie, it's game for a movie that spoofs indies, so I never had any issues with the title. As for the posters... there's variations, and they change on the website daily, so it's not always the "Clerks" take that you'll see.
You know an awful lot about this, do you still work for them, or are you just friends with them?
