Points (Possible SPOILERS):
1. The ending was NOT resolved in 3 seconds. If you remember, it showed our 'hero' laying dead(?) & bleeding in the creek. So what you ask? Well that creek water is the water they were shipping out in that water distributing truck at the end.
2. The humor. The "niggaz" joke at the end was funny, but not in a well thought-out manner. Rather it was just another cornball joke thrown in there to help make this movie more demented. Same with the "PANCAKES!" kid. There was no rhyme nor reason to him, and him doing what he did helped make the movie more fun to enjoy. The kicks, biting & "PANCAKES!" WERE the payoff. The deputy was just another thing added to make the movie goofy. None of these things were meant to make the film another "Scary Movie" or "American Pie" type comedy either. It's a different kind of humor. In my opinion, they all worked well.
