Dress nicely, but comfortably. You'll be doing some kneeling so make sure your
slacks aren't too tight.
If you aren't receiving communion make sure you have breakfast as these things
can last a bit and you don't want to faint in there.
Other than that, they have mass guides in the pews for the prayers if you want to
join in and hymnals if you feel like singing. Usually the priest or deacon tells you
what page any given response is on.
As for the rest, stand when they stand, kneel when they kneel and you might have
to shake hands with your immediate neighbors and say " God be with you".

Good luck..I hope it's a good priest and by that I mean gives an interesting sermon.
