Xbox, without a doubt.
Better graphics, only system with 5.1 surround sound, has it's own memory (no need for memory cards, rip your own game soundtracks)
The controller, once you get used to it, is way better.
If that's not enough: Halo, Halo 2, Ninja Gaiden.
Look at any reviews that compare a PS2, Xbox & GC game when it's on all 3 consoles, xbox always wins out. Plus Xbox Live.
