That the beginning of the film is real right up to the part when Julie first shows up at
the house. From there on it is all Sarah's book until the very end when Sarah is
showing her publisher( ex-lover) the book and the real Julie walks in.
And yes it's an incredibly sensual movie, and the fake Julie is very hot.
