: : Digitalbits:

: : "Finally today, Columbia TriStar has announced the DVD release of Cruel Intentions 3, You Were Never Lovelier and the Underworld: Unrated Extended Cut 2-disc set, all for May 25th."

: : Okay, here's some good news:

: : "The studio will also release a Spider-Man: Deluxe Edition on June 1st (SRP $24.95). Details are sketchy at the moment on Spider-Man, but one hopes it will finally be the in-depth, meaty special edition we all wanted in the first place. We do know that Columbia TriStar produced a wealth of extras that director Sam Raimi nixed for the original edition, so cross your fingers that they'll finally see the light of day. The release is timed to promote the arrival of Spider-Man 2 to theaters. We'll post details when we have them."

: And you know what pissed me off? I could easily write a better purely-hormone driven directed at adolescent boys completely disregarding plot movie. That was the most pathetic excuse for a movie. I'm not even a great or even good writer, but how does this junk get made? I seriously want to know how someone actually gets paid to write that and have it released. I picture some spoiled teenage boys getting there daddy to buy them the rights, followed by one night of "dude, okay, dude, okay, then at the end when he finds them lezzing out, he just says the hell with it and joins in for some majore threeway action". Next time they are looking to waste a movie budget, come see me. I need the money and I could do at least a medicore job. End rant.
