Depends on the router manufacturer, but most routers allow you to login via a web page. You'd
have to check the manufacturer site or the user manual to know for sure.
But what you want to look into is which ports the game requires, usually this in the FAQ for the
game you're trying to play. After you can login to the administration portion of your router, you
can forward the ports that are required to your brother's computer.
You should be able to turn off the firewall function as well. This is in the same administration
area.
