He didn't clear his name. This ruling doesn't mean he's not a child pornographer/diddler, it just
means he's not a CONVICTED child pornographer/diddler (yet).
The photos exist and the sex acts took place, that's what makes him a criminal (not a piece of
paper from a judge)...
