: 4) Friends or family? My sisters are my best friends, so family - But I think I would choose family anyway. There's a connection there I haven't found in friends yet. How many of your friends would you sacrifice your job, or your education for to sit with at a hospital for weeks on end? I guess I just count on my friends having the support of their family to take care of the longer, bigger things. I just know that when my sister wakes up from surgery, I want to be there.
