If the entire head is just GONE than you don't even get the shape. A nice jaw-line is very important to me. And typically you can see at least one facial feature even with a mask on... like a nose or mouth. If those aren't ugly, than chances are, you're safe.
Unless you're the Phantom of the Opera. Then the mask exactly covers the nasty bits that would make his rating go down to a big fat zero!
