I do hope you will respond to this. First if you had read an early post of mine, I didn't take well to what I miss took for a serious comment on what I thought was harassment but did apologies to the other party.
On another note, I have been photographing local bands here is SF for close to a year and am working on a portfolio of work to show the DP @ the SF Chronicle. When I saw the flyer for your visit to UC Berkeley I thought this would be a great chance for me. The most famous person I have had the honor to me and photograph was a great comedian, Sandra Bernhard.
I love your movies, but for me this is more for someone I love. A struggling screen play writer named Raul. He has every DVD movie you've made and you just might be his personal hero. Next to his computer are the Jay and Silent Bob figures. Rauls passion is for a zombie flick he is writing. He spent 3 weeks away from friends, family, and girlfriend to write it and now is in his 3rd draft. He is look to start shooting this summer.
I would love to photograph you on a career level for my self, but to inspier Raul to keep writing, because I know someday he is going to be making films in Hollywood just like you.
