Apparently, during the filming of uh Overnight Delivery, they were filming the scene where she and Paul Rudd walked slowly into the sunset/sunrise something. And they were doing some banter cause it had to look like they were talking and she asked who wrote that crap. Ol' Paulie (who should be more famous than he is) mentioned something about Kevin doing a rewrite and when he told her who Kevin Smith was (director of Clerks) she said, as I remember, "that's why this movie sucked." Something like that.
Now if something's happened since then, I dunno. I don't keep up with this stuff like I used to. But from what I can remember, that's how it started.
