I know this has been talked about before. But Im wondering if anyone know who decides the network version of the movie. In some movies it appears the actors have to do two sets of lines. Is this common? Do the networks have to alter the movie as dictated or does the director present a "network friendly" version of the movie for them?
It really is irritating. And can be ridiculous. In Good Will hunting, "winkie" was replaced by "winkle", Thats retarded.
