Hey, take all this stuff with a grain of salt. Some people just like being jerks on the internet.

On another board, during a heated discussion / almost flame war, someone once said to me 'I hope your daughter gets cancer.' Now, seeing as how, at that time, my adorable daughter was four months old (and the poster knew that), I thought it was the most breathtakingly rude thing ever addressed to me. Later on this same woman wants to swap chummy posts - as if!

So I'm not surprised someone thought it was funny to diss you on the internet. Just remember that you get to live your life and they have to live theirs.

As to the advice others offer in this thread: Speaking only for myself, I'm careful what I reveal about myself on the internet. Any loon can google your posts, and as you've seen, there are some real weirdos out there. Just a thought.
