its that bush/ashcroft (attorney general) plan for sex-ed in schools is
an abstinence only curricullum, they plan to teach no alternatives and
persecute any who do. thats not really fair (not to mention
unconstituional) or realistic is it?
70+% of kids that sign a 'pledge to abstain' and later give in to the
pressure of sex do so without a condom, so its not really safe either.
