I heard this story during a radio interview with one of the Zucker Brothers when he was doing press for the movie.
Apparently to guarantee a PG-13 rating, one joke in particular did not make the movie, I'm not sure if it was even shot.
During the opening scene w/ Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy, at one point, one of them was supposed to exclaim, "Hey, that's a nice shaved pussy." To which the other was supposed to hold up a cat without any fur and say, "Oh, thanks."
