-It is a really cool area. I went at St. Patrick's day, which I don't reccomend, unless you like crowds, which I don't anymore. And, from what I saw, the main touristy section downtown by the river is fine, but if you get outside of the city much at all, it appeared to be a bad place. I remember seeing a guy just leaning up against a fence, just kinda along the street. It was odd. Nothing that you couldn't avoid though. Lots good restaurants. I don't remember any names, just that everything I had to eat was grrrrrreat.
