Ok, first the picture is on your computer which I'm sure is the case at the moment.
Second, you must find a place on the internet to "host" your picture. That is a place that you can "upload" or send the picture to so they have it on their computers. I use comcast internet, so they give me space. You use AOL, I don't know where you can find some place... somebody can tell you what they use!
Third, you have to find the "URL" to the picture. That is the place on the internet where you can find it. It's going to be something like... http://www.bobdole.com/bob.jpg or somesuch. Copy that URL and put it down there in the "Optional Image URL box below. All SET!
Now, if you upload your picture to geocities or something, it won't show up, because they are greedy, and don't want people linking to images and using up their bandwidth... I can't blame them, they give it to you free, what do you want?!
