when those great 20 - 30 friends of mine from HS would not be there. I couldn't do a damn thing without them, THEN. Now 10 years later, I can sadly say I barely know any of htem any more. Of the 30 best friends Ihad in HS, I only hang out with 1. She is as great now as she was then. Everyone else, I have no clue about.
College is the same. Went, made new friends, only 5 or so really good ones. Met my husband and skipped town to go to school in NJ(William Paterson) so I could be by him and I never spoke with any of my College buddies since. Even ended up going to college wiht one of my best friends from hs, but we had changed to much to hang out anymore. oh well
I am a different person now, that is what I chalk it up to.
