You just make a white sauce (melt four tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan over the lowest possible heat, add two good tablespoons of flour, stir it in well, then add one cup of milk a VERY tiny bit at a time, constantly stirring. The sauce should be somewhat thick, not liquid-thin.)
Grate up some fresh parmesan cheese, about a cup's worth, or whatever's to your taste, stir it in. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Booyah. SWEET SWEET FAT.
