I lived at home and most of the people I became friends with live at home, too. So, we hang out all the time anyway. I think that has a lot to do with it. Obviously, if we all lived apart, it would be much harder to keep in touch.

But you're right. I guess it IS possible to stay friends with people from hs. Most of the people I hang out with now have been friends since grammar school! Each group of people is different.
