You would need permission from the producer(s) to host the file and share it online.
Keeping a copy of a TV program for your own use was found to be legal upon advent of the VCR but you can't show that tape to a large audience and the parallel would probably be that you can't host the file and share it with a number of people.
But what do I know, I'm biochemist, not lawyer.
