-I would imagine at most places, they have some sort of pre-made mix that they add to whiskey. I think I have seen it in the gorcery store.
-However, I get one at a place where they make it fresh. And it is basically a big shot of whiskey (especially if my cousin is bartending) a splash of bitters (Tastes sorta like coke without the sweet), two packets of sugar, two crushed cherries, and two crushed orange wedges. Served on the rocks.
