Yes. Specifically, his trusty Canon gl2 in one hand and the mic in the other. He'd also have a big, stupid grin on his face.
As for a shirt...either a radiohead shirt, or one he made himself (ie WMC or DC).
No tatoo though. He would never. But if it's a talking toy, then plugging the site could be one thing he could say. He'd also say, "Ralphy sense is tingling," "Math is hard," "ieeeieeeieeeiiii!!!!" and "DAMN it!!!!"
