no, we can't chew on them - most of them still live in their little boxes. They can't ever come out because they are collectable. What is the point of collectable toy. If you never play withit, what use does it have. I loose this agruement alot. There are a ton of those transformer things in his half of the basement, all tucked away in their boxes. It looks like a store display.
