They make good laptops overall and their warranties are pretty good. Definitely get the CompleteCare warranty; I got a 2-year and at the end of that time I'm gonna chuck this thing down the steps and Dell will replace it at no charge (and it will be technologically up to date since they won't have my model anymore). Free upgrade!
