Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I boo-hoo when a player is traded or cut loose from his contract. I'm disappointed as anyone would be when their favourite player is traded. And I know the stats...all their stats.
So far this winter I have seen Juan Rivera, Nick Johnson, jeff Weaver, Jeff Nelson, Roger Clemens, Andy Pettitte , David Wells, and Karim leave the team. Sure, sure..you absolutely abhore them and blah blah blah..but I'm just saying that's who I lost. I like the game itself so it doean't bother me when others like a differant team. It makes it fun.
The whole reason for this entire thread was to tell Smalls and Runs their team got my player since we've always jokingly gone back and forth about the NY/NY rivalry. Interesting enough..they can talk to me about baseball like I know my shit and like I'm not wearing an apron and washing dishes.
