I was a female indy wrestler for many years. I went to an Indy School and was trained by a ring legend for FREE just because he couldn't find another girl who was tough enough to take on his ladies champ. I was not hazed or jobbed like you said and soon enough I learned to take my own glory. I went on to hold three different titles in two different states and one of them I held on three seperate occasions. Not all indy schools will do that to the girls. I am nowhere near model material and was told that I wasn't enough eye candy to be on prime time tv with the big boys but I can honestly say that I did everything I wanted to do in the wrestling world and became almost worshipped by the people in my corner of rural America! I don't regret it one bit and every time I feel one of my old injuries flaring up I have nothing but lovely memories!
