(I'm sounding old on purpose) that movie was scary. Since that movie, flicks have gotten more gruesome and push the envelope a lil more. So it's probably boring to anyone used to today's horror flicks.
Hell..the first scary movie I ever saw was when I was 22 and it was the first Pinhead movie. That chatty-teeth monster thingy freaked me the fuck out. I wouldn't get off the back of the sofa.
