Whenever somthing is remade or made into a movie, you hear the term "My childhood has been raped" alot. They never discuss WHY the movie didn't work, they just proceed to bash it and scrap it for parts. The same with the movies they like. All they do is jizz all over it "OH MY GOD BEST MOVIE EVER, SEE NOW NOW. THIS MUST BE WHAT SEX FEELS LIKE, IM GOING TO COME!!!!" Do you think Roger Ebert would have gotten very far with reviews like that? Sure it might be fun to see him review a movie like that, but let's get serious folks.
