A new beginning for Bats. They spend a good 1/3 of the movie focusing on origin, and I hear the latter 2/3 are good ol' costumed Batty in action with a batmobile chase and plenty of Gotham City. I love it. The guy from 28 days later... is going to play Harvey Dent. Some reports say he was going to be Scarecrow, so it's one of the two. He's signed to play a villain is the most solid thing I can tell you.
