: i keep hearing that apparently Lucasfilm, ILM, and Peter Mayhew all signed to stay on until at least 2012 leading to speculation that Episodes 7 - 9 are being considered. i can't say if i like the idea of doing a sequel trilogy... it'll all depend on how episode III pans out.
