Sofia denied the photographer is based on Spike Jonze, whilst saying Bill's character is partially based on her. Anna Faris denied her cahracter is based on Cameron Diaz, but it's blatantly obvious if you watch.
As for Harrison Ford, I think that's just an easy comparison. If you want real life, Orson Welles promoted Santory whisky in Japan.
