A day of cleaning the apartment, doing miscellaneous Saturday chores and going headlong through half of the Brazil 3-disc (Gilliam's commentary is fucking amazing, by the by) and washing it down with The Fisher King and, oddly enough, the 'Rats commentary... takes a surprising amount out of you. Especially when you've flooded the house with drowse-enducing Nag Champa incense.
And then realizing that my girlfriend wasn't up for going out to The Worst Standup Comedy of All Time down on Sunset and... all my friends have "dates" and "lives" so...
I said fuck it, went to bed at 7PM... and woke up at 2AM. Unable to watch television because Adri's sleeping, unable to write because my sleep schedule's so jangled that I barely know where I am.
So the internet and George Harrison albums it is.
