I knew a guy from high school who blew himself up much like that inspector. Except this guy was working in the oil pit at a Valvoline right by my house. Couldn't see a gauge, lighter comes out, and FOOM. People at the K-Mart across the street just felt the ground shake and this huge fireball shoots into the sky.
This kid lived across the street from me and I used to be friends with him...and much like the inspector, unfortunately, he wasn't a very bright guy.
