You can get someone to help you, or...there are books and websites on it, but my opinion is that you don't waste your time with any of that. There is no right or wrong way...contrary to popular belief. As long as it's written clearly and with thought, the actors will understand. You don't have to write all the camera directions in your first draft. You can get help with that, like reading official shooting scripts for other movies. The main point is getting the story, characters and dialogue written. Think like a storyteller first and foremost.

My only advice is to not bog the script down in details...too much makes it read more like a novel instead of a script. Actors (from my experience) hate that.

It's not as hard as it seems. Be creative and good luck. I hope that helps.
