..is a guy by the name of Jim Walsh. He writes a column for a local (Mpls) Arts & Entertainment weekly called City Pages. I orginally came to know his writing through the music reviews and articles he's done locally in the past.
He just wrote a really amazing column about marriage and it's various complexities. And what with Jersey Girl and Kev's domestication, I thought it pretty relevant.
His style might be a wee bit saccharin(sp?) to some of you (it is to me at times), but he does have a great knack for nailing home certain truths about being human. And does it quite beautifully, I think...
I also think a lot of what he says could apply to most any relationship and not just marriage exclusively.
It's not that long, so if you have a coupla minutes, I recommend it..
