It depends on how bad it is. Usually for me, any flu or cold-like symptoms result because of a lack of sleep or a lot of stress or a combination of the two. So, if I sack out for 8-12 hours, that USUALLY does the trick. If it doesn't I will wait for quite a while and suffer before I resort to cold medications. I just hate being doped-up like that. Ugh...

Again, if I'm truly dabilitated, I'll call in. I would have to be reeeally incapacitated, though.

For me, it's ginger ale and crackers. My sister told me that ginger has healing properties so I've adopted that. As far as a movie goes....I dunno probably a comedy I've seen way too many times like "City Slickers."
