By the day. I was a little chubster growing up, then grew out of it, now am growing back into it.
I've had stints where I've been all about working out... now isn't one of those times.

If you were told at the beginning of your life that you would have one chance "to fly away from it all" and basically start over... when would you choose to do it? Would you have done it already? Or do you think you'd do it in the future? Or would you not at all?
I'm in a fairly tough time, financially, right now, so I would be tempted to do this "Life Restart" of yours, but... everything else is going well... wait, lemme take that back. Nothing is going well, except for my girlfriend, and things are going so well with her, they outweigh all of the negative. If I did this "Restart" I would be afraid of losing her, and its not worth that risk.
