and I still throw a big fat ribeye steak on the grill every week. I'm a carnivore, and that will never change. I try to stay away from the fast food hamburgers though. But the chicken sandwiches always seem to get me. The book did make me think twice about it. In the end though, I still decided that I don't care all that much.
