Maybe see if the local newspaper/TV news station would run some sort of article/report on your case. Stating the facts & how ridiculous it is. Maybe that would embarrass the other guy into dropping the lawsuit.
Hey if that bakesale don't work, maybe someone could put together a VA board users nudie calendar w/the users pics picked out by the person beforehand so that no one winds up with a calendar full of Heatherondos. : )
